Williamstown Bank engaged Vivalociti to take its Parkersburg, West Virginia branch to a whole new level.
While currently in an overbanked market, hear more from President/CEO, Sharon Anderson, as she discussed their journey, the challenges, and the game changing solutions that helped them differentiate themselves as a banking provider: Future Branches guest speaker in July 2020.
To ensure they stood out from the competition, Williamstown Bank’s major focus was to provide customers with a new banking experience, not just a new location. Vivalociti worked with them to elevate two major concepts that enabled the team to bring this dream into reality:
Taking a building that had been a bank many years ago and converting it into a modern and inviting space provided for some opportunistic ideas. Vivalociti was able to find solutions that brought their brand to life through branded commercials that would be sure to get the attention of West Virginians.
Conference room technology was installed to further elevate collaboration in the branch. Partitions synced with display and audio technology allow users to quickly adapt the room for each meeting's unique needs at Williamstown Bank.

"We partnered with La Macchia Group and Vivalociti not only because of their industry experience, but also because we wanted a look and design that would help differentiate Williamstown Bank in a way that shows our commitment to both innovation and community."
